Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our brand. If for any reason you need to initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at artbyritikk@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your item.
All exchange requests will be subject to a quality check by our team, and we reserve the right to decline any exchange if the product is returned after use or is damaged. Please note that exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.
To initiate an exchange, please send us an email with your order number and the reason for your exchange. Once your exchange has been confirmed, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us with a tracking ID provided to us on the same email thread. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
In the rare case that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item with images of the issue at artbyritikk@gmail.com . We will do our best to provide a satisfactory resolution within 24 hours.
Please note that we do not offer cancellations or refunds for any orders. If you wish to return an item, we will provide store credit in the amount of the purchase price, which can be used towards a future purchase. Store credit is valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
